Mr. Akhlaq is a renowned social media activist who belongs to Union Council Tain (AJK). He is settled in Qatar and currently working in an electronics manufacturer company. He is a founding member of Trust Development Foundation and has always played vital role in the successful completion of various projects launched by the Foundation. Mr. Akhlaq is also founder of Numb Charity Club. He is also a member of various welfare organizations. He was elected as the general secretary of the TDF.
