People Behind TDF

TDF is managed by a board of directors, who is supported by several executing committees, and a management team, comprising of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. Our executive leadership team oversees all the foundation’s efforts. The team meets regularly to ensure that all of our sub-teams perform efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections. The board members have worked purely out of benevolence and the goodness of their hearts with no financial interests in their investments.

TDF believes that unless members of the civil society are involved passionately in the process of community development, sustainable change won’t happen. We encourage and invite individuals for volunteer opportunities and volunteer registration, to be an active part of our organization and share the same vision and purpose as us – to work for the welfare of the destitute. Volunteers are the backbone of any organization – they not only carry the organization’s ideals within them, but also spread the message far and beyond, sensitizing the society towards the cause.
